Cinnamon sticks, Clove buds, Cardamom pods, Ginger, Black Pepper, Tangerine Peel, Astragalus root, and Licorice Root.
Put the herbs in a pot.
Add 4-8 cups of water and bring to a boil and then simmer for 45 minutes.
Strain herbs and add unsweetened almond or coconut milk.
Optional add 2 teaspoons of honey, grated nutmeg, and 1-2 black tea bags steep for a few minutes.
Drink 2 cups a day each batch will last a few days.
