This Pu Er tea (aged green tea) is hand harvested from wild grown ancient tea trees in the Jingmai area, Yunnan, China. This tea was packaged in the 1990s. The older the Pu Er tea is, the better the taste and health benefits!
Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over 1 tablespoon tea leaves and steep for 1 min. Then pour tea into a drinking cup. 1 serving of loose tea leaves can be steeped for 6 to 10 times.
