ALLERGY BLEND TEA

Ingredients:
Stinging Nettles, Peppermint, Astragalus Root, Reishi mushroom, Goldenrod, Mugwort

Stinging nettles are wild foraged in the spring. They are nature's histamine balancer. Helping to less the effects from allergens. 
Astragalus root is also known as Haung Qi in chinese medicine helps to boost the wei- qi or protective defense qi of our bodies so that our immune system stays strong and the allergens won't invade the body.
Peppermint helps to clear the sinuses and helps to ease head congestion. 

Directions- Use 2 tbsp per 1 cup of boiling water. Steep 5 minutes. Re-steep each serving for 3-5 times. Breathe, Sip the tea, and Enjoy life :)
