I hope you all had a wonderful Halloween/Samhain. It was nice to have it on a weekend this year and the weather has been so perfect lately. It really has been an autumn to remember on so many levels. I harvested some late fall oysters and regular oyster mushrooms this week but for the most part the foraging season has come to a close. The gardens are pretty much wrapped up for the season as well. It is time to plant the garlic and incubate for the season ahead. Part of this time of year is protecting our immune system to stay well through the cold and flu season. Below is a short description of a workshop I am co-hosting next weekend that will be sharing ways to keep your immune system strong all winter long!Â
