Ingredients: Stinging Nettles, Peppermint, Astragalus Root, Reishi mushroom, Goldenrod, Mugwort.

Stinging nettles are wild foraged in the spring.

Astragalus root is also known as Haung Qi in chinese medicine.

Peppermint is known for its refreshing aroma and is locally grown in the summer.

Reishi, Mugwort, and Goldenrod are wild foraged in the summer.

Directions- Use 2 tbsp per 1 cup of boiling water. Steep 5 minutes. Re-steep each serving for 3-5 times. Breathe, Sip the tea, and Enjoy life :)
