About Wild Mushroom Tea: This specially crafted Wild Mushroom Tea blend is made with a selection of potent mushrooms that are known for their traditional use as tonics for overall wellness, particularly for immune support. The blend includes Reishi, Artist’s Conk, Turkey Tails, Birch Polypores, and Maitake mushrooms, along with Astragalus and Licorice root for additional support.

Wild Harvested: These mushrooms and herbs were wild harvested, ensuring the highest quality and freshness. The double extraction method is recommended to help maximize the medicinal properties of the ingredients.

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Add 2-4 tablespoons of the mushroom and herb blend into 4-6 cups of water.

  2. Decoction method: Boil and then simmer the mixture for 45 minutes.

  3. Strain the tea and set aside the first batch.

  4. Repeat the same process with the same batch of mushrooms and herbs, then combine both batches together. This method helps extract water-soluble compounds like beta-glucans, which are beneficial to health.

How to Enjoy:

  • Drink 2 cups of tea daily.
  • Be sure to warm the tea before drinking.
  • Excess tea can be stored in the fridge for a few days to keep it fresh.
  • You may add honey for taste if desired, though the tea is flavorful on its own.
  • This tea can also be used as a base for broths or soups.

Size:

  • 1 package = 120g (approx. 4-6 servings)
