Spring Greetings!

I hope to see you at one of my events this spring. Here are some of the exciting things I have planned so far. 

1. My next Qi Gong certification course is on 4/20 and 4/21. 

2. I am doing a special forage walk with the ct foraging club on 5/5. at 10 am in Killingworth. 

3. My weekly evening qigong class is Tuesdays at 6 and will be hosted outside at the barn. I am working on finding an indoor space with inclement weather. 

4. My weekly morning qi gong class is at 10 am in the sanctuary room.

5. I am hosting a Summer Solstice meditation in the Salt cave 6/22 at 4pm.

Happy new year! We did our annual tradition of going to the waterfall on new year’s day. We like to soak in the energy of the water that flows abundantly into the new year. 2023 was a challenging year for me on a lot of levels. I know it was for so many others too. How Can We Feel Safe In a Violent World? -Benefits of Reishi Mushroom

So when we come to these moments, what do we do?
How do we handle the anxiety, stress, and emotions of it all?
How do we not let it effect us on a physical level?

My answer is ALWAYS to ground yourself in nature.

Go outside and put your feet on the ground.

Focus on roots coming out of your feet and feel the connection with all of nature around you.

Breathe and allow yourself to relax. The more peace we can find for ourselves the more peace we can send out into the world.
