In traditional Chinese medicine, Ku Ding leaves have been used to treat wind heat and inflammation due to its cooling and calming properties. Cinnamon has been used for many centuries as a spice, but did you know it was also used in traditional Chinese Medicine? For those struggling with staying warm, cinnamon is perfect as it is a warming herb that also helps tonify the kidneys and spleen.
