For those who are just now hearing about qi gong, you may be asking, what is qi gong?
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention.
Qi Gong helps to increase the Qi (life force energy), circulate it, use it to cleanse and heal the body, and store energy within the body.
For this reason, qi gong is a very effective way of dealing with chronic pain and mitigating stress. Qi Gong has been scientifically proven to decrease chronic pain and increase quality of life. It is so simple, any one can do it and it is extremely relaxing.
